Reiki has been a part of my life for a long time!
My first experience with reiki was in my teens when my mother shared it with me. I didn't understand what it was or how it worked at the time, but I knew I LOVED it because of how it made me FEEL. Calm, a deep sense of peace and balance. I thought it was magic!
Over the years, I have utilised reiki whenever I felt I needed some extra support either physically, emotionally or energetically.
I'm excited and honoured to be sharing this beautiful healing modality with people so they too can feel empowered on their self-healing journey and help them develop a greater awareness of their natural healing abilities.

The Journey of Self Healing
Reiki is one of the simplest and easiest energy healing methods to use. It's also one of the most utilised energy healing practices and is taught in almost every country around the world.
Although considered a spiritual practice, it is not connected with any religion, so it is available for people of all cultural backgrounds.
You don’t need to have a “special gift” to learn Reiki or previous energy healing experience, just a genuine interest and openness to learning.
The emphasis in Reiki level 1 is on self-healing. Like any spiritual or personal growth journey, the process of transformation always starts with going within and developing and increasing your level of self-awareness.

Chakra Workshop 1/2 Day
Many Reiki practitioners work with the Chakras, however, it is not in traditional Reiki training as Reiki is Japanese in origin and Chakras are Indian. However Chakras and Reiki do work so beautifully together, so I have created a Chakra Workshop which can be taken alongside Reiki Level 1 to teach about this in more detail.
You will learn about the different Chakras and how they are connected to our physical and emotional well-being and how you can utilise this wisdom to identify where there may be an imbalance in your energy. I will then show you various tools and techniques I use as an energy practitioner to help restore balance to your Chakra energy.
This workshop can be taken as an optional extra alongside Reiki Level 1 training to help deepen your energy healing practice for self-healing or to share with others.

I had 2 Reiki Energy Healing sessions with Rigel recently as I have been suffering extreme anxiety mentally, emotionally and physically due to personal family issues.
